Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled as long as the order is not shipped out. Order delivery notification will be sent out to you as soon as the order is dispatched. Order cancellation call to action button will be deactivated on interface as soon as the order is dispatched. Customer will have an option to cancel the order by

a) Either through customer chat box or through the provided email or

b) On the customer “My Account ” section

Customer can cancel the complete order or partial order. In my accounts section, de-select the product and/or quantity to proceed for the cancellation.

Max can initiate the order cancellation for various reasons. Customer care will reach out to you for full / partial cancellation and the process for the same.
